How it works

From “new lead” to “job booked” without touching your phone

1 · Tell it about your business

Working hours, services you take (and the ones you don't), your phone number, how long a typical job runs. This takes five minutes and it's what makes replies sound like you.

2 · Connect your calendars

Add any busy calendar that should block bookings: your own, the crew's, the shared van or family car, even a second job. OfficeHand imports them and re-checks before ever offering a customer a time slot.

3 · Connect a lead source

Paste your unique OfficeHand webhook URL into your lead source. Thumbtack is supported today — new leads and customer messages stream in the moment they happen.

4 · The secretary goes to work

For every incoming lead or message, OfficeHand figures out: is this a service you offer? Are they asking for a time? For your number? Then it drafts the reply — accepting the requested slot if it truly works, or proposing up to three alternatives inside your working hours if it doesn't.

5 · You approve — or it flies solo

In Suggest mode every draft waits for your tap. In Autopilot (Pro and up) confident replies send themselves and only the judgment calls reach you — unclear requests, out-of-scope jobs, scheduling conflicts — via Telegram or webhook, instantly.

6 · Booked jobs sync back

When an appointment is confirmed, OfficeHand blocks the slot locally and syncs job status back to the lead source, so your pipeline reflects reality everywhere.
