Terms of Service

1. The service

OfficeHand provides AI-assisted lead response, customer messaging, and scheduling coordination for home-service businesses. Drafted or auto-sent replies are generated from the business profile and rules you configure.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to connect the lead sources and calendars you connect.

3. Your responsibility for communications

OfficeHand drafts and (when you enable Autopilot) sends messages on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of communications sent from your account and for compliance with the terms of connected platforms (e.g. Thumbtack) and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Trials convert only when you choose a plan. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, spam, harassment, or attempts to access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.

6. Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We work hard on reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for lost leads, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
